I value teamwork and find meaning in co-creating knowledge.

Below are some projects I am currently working on.

Stress mindset refers to an individual's beliefs and attitudes about the nature of stress. It can be characterized as either a "stress-is-enhancing" mindset, where stress is seen as potentially beneficial and enhancing personal growth, or a "stress-is-debilitating" mindset, where stress is perceived as harmful and debilitating. Emerging research suggests that stress mindset plays a significant role in how individuals perceive and respond to stress, which in turn may influence their mental health outcomes. Investigating the relationship between stress mindset and mental health can provide valuable insights into the potential psychological impact of stress mindset beliefs. This study aims to examine the relationship between stress mindset and mental health outcomes in clinical populations.
